What we collect

The contact form collects what you type into it: name, company (optional), email address, phone number, project country and a description of your enquiry.

Nothing else is collected: no cookies, no trackers, no analytics, no profiling. Our host keeps technical connection logs, including your IP address, for security and service reliability.

Purpose and legal basis

These details are used solely to understand your enquiry and to answer it.

The processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Recipients

Your enquiry is forwarded by email to the people at Master Elite responsible for answering it. Delivery is handled by Resend (Resend Inc., United States) and the site is hosted by Railway Corporation (United States); these transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Your details are never sold, shared or used for advertising.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to work through your project, then for three years from the last contact, after which they are deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies — no analytics, no social media, no advertising. No consent banner is therefore required.

Security

Exchanges with this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the enquiries received is limited to the people responsible for answering them.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the details concerning you.
