Analysis & Assessment
An initial meeting devoted to understanding the project, analysing requirements and assessing technical and operational challenges.

Study & Budgeting
Producing estimates, running feasibility analysis and setting a controlled budget aligned with the objectives of the project.

Approval & Contracting
Project sign-off, contracting, filing the building permit or prior declaration of works, and obtaining the authorisations required to start on site.

Delivery & Monitoring
Works begin, with rigorous monitoring of execution, schedule, cost and quality.

Handover & Compliance
Final inspection, certification of compliance and handover of the project in line with contractual requirements.
